Texte en anglais / text in english ! Book designed and illustrated by Paul Coze. The covers of the deluxe edition were hand made with casein paint on Ingres paper by Frances Adams, Edith Chandlee, Dagne Hanson and Jane Watson. The binding was done by Arizona Trade Bindery
